The couple stopped and picked up a man hitching a ride into town. As the man got into the car, he pulled a very large suitcase in with him, which he then held tightly in his arms as they set off.
“We can put that in the trunk, if you like”, the woman said. “No,” said the hitchhiker, “I appreciate the ride and I don’t want you to have to carry everything.”

(This funny little story made me chuckle, and then initiated a flash of insight into what I had been holding onto and not trusting to God. We can put it all down. God’s already got this.)
