Contemplative Life

The contemplative life overrides circumstances; it does not depend on situations or life styles; thinking it does is a common error and just another form of clinging. There is only one way to find out and that is by trying this avenue to see where it leads.  Failure is as important to our journey as its rare successes. For myself, I wish you a miracle.  But even if you never find a piece of earth to call your own you have that "spot" within, a Kingdom not of this world.  I leave you to it - or rather, I leave it to you.
